TAYLOR McCABE | FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL
After more than a decade in the homebuilding industry, Taylor founded Mosaic out of a great appreciation for thoughtful design, fine craftsmanship and a desire to deliver a highly service-driven experience to each client. Taylor brings a calm and composed presence to both the organization and projects, fostering an environment of confidence and trust among clients, trade professionals and team members alike. He finds great joy in orchestrating the organizational efforts behind Mosaic and supporting all parties involved in executing the Mosaic vision. Outside of work, Taylor feels most alive in the mountains with his family and a fly rod in hand. He resides in Richardson with his wife, Christie, and their 3 kiddos.
JONATHAN MUNDLIN | PRINCIPAL + CONSTRUCTION
Jonathan’s passion for custom construction originated during college summers spent remodeling homes and building at YoungLife camps. Though homebuilding always held an allure, he first tried his hand in healthcare tech before realizing the need to change course and in 2017, left his job to join the homebuilding industry. The tangible nature of construction—the ability to look back on fine craftsmanship, efficient processes, and quality client relationships—have made homebuilding a true vocation rather than a job. Jonathan contributes to our team as a seasoned builder with a strong relational and process-driven approach. Outside of Mosaic you can find Jonathan with his wife and daughter, working his garden, or catching an early 9 holes on a Saturday morning.
REID SWANTNER | CONTROLLER
A respect for building and thoughtful design was instilled in Reid at an early age through a close relationship with his grandfather, an architect for more than 40 years in Southeast Texas. Although he began his career as in corporate tax as a CPA, Reid was drawn to the construction industry by the opportunity to work alongside people passionate about creating spaces that have a lasting impact on the lives of clients and their families. As Mosaic’s controller, Reid combines his financial expertise with a deep understanding of the construction process to help ensure the company’s operations remain efficient, accountable, and well-positioned for long-term success. His collaborative approach, attention to detail, and steady “can-do” attitude make him a trusted resource for both clients and teammates. Outside the office, Reid enjoys spending time with his wife, Riley, hunting and fishing, cooking for family and friends, and relaxing at his family’s farm.
TRAVIS BRYANT | PROJECT MANAGER
Travis has an attention to detail unmatched by most. After spending over 20 years practicing the art of designing and creating high end custom furniture for a small firm in Dallas, TX, Travis entered into the land of home building with an acute eye and high expectation for quality craftsmanship. Travis brings joy, artistry and creativity to all projects in which he enters and has a strong desire to serve others in all that he does. He appreciates the high calling of working with clients who look to him to create a space they can call home. Away from work, you can find Travis spending time with his wife and two daughters hiking in the great outdoors, sipping a Dr. Pepper, and listening to some good bluegrass music.

For Jack, there’s something deeply rewarding about building a home — watching it take shape piece by piece, knowing it will become a meaningful place for a family to laugh, grow, rest, and be together. He’s drawn to the craftsmanship of construction but thrives in the dynamic process of collaboration and creative problem-solving. Jack brings a steady, thoughtful presence to each project, helping bring complex visions to life with care and precision. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring the outdoors, fishing, reading, and golfing.

With a background in civil engineering and both residential and commercial construction, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and keen attention to detail. He understands the importance of clear expectations and effective communication in bringing each set of plans to life. His sense of humor, combined with his sense of service, makes him a valued member of the team. Outside of construction you can find Michael enjoying time with his wife and four kids, working on house projects, biking or watching a rocket launch.
